GPT Infraprojects reported its highest-ever full-year revenue of Rs 1,188 crore and highest-ever profit of Rs 81 crore for FY25. Consolidated total income grew 16.5% YoY to Rs 1,194.3 crore, with EBITDA up 11.1% to Rs 141.8 crore and profit after tax rising 38.6% to Rs 80.1 crore. In Q4 alone, consolidated revenue jumped 28.7% to Rs 381.5 crore and net profit surged 49.4% to Rs 24.4 crore, driven by strong execution in the infrastructure business and continued momentum in concrete sleepers. The company has a healthy order book of Rs 3,486 crore (about 2.9x FY25 revenue), with Rs 1,575 crore of new inflows during the year including a Rs 547 crore order from RVNL and a Rs 481 crore order from South Eastern Railway. A final dividend of Re 1 per share has been declared (total Rs 3 per share for FY25) with record date July 31, 2025, and a new Steel Girder manufacturing facility has been commissioned in West Bengal with initial capacity of 10,000 MTPA.
Strong across-the-board growth in revenue, profitability, and order book signals robust business momentum, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The dividend declaration and capacity expansion add to the positive sentiment, though investors should track execution of the large order book and margin trends going forward.
