The Board of Bangalore Fort Farms Limited (BSE: 539120) met on 30th May 2025 and approved the audited standalone financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31st March 2025. Statutory auditor M/s Amit Ray & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The company also appointed a new Internal Auditor for FY26 and Mr. Mukesh Chaturvedi as Secretarial Auditor for FY24. For FY25, revenue from operations rose to roughly ₹4.14 crore (up ~32% from ₹3.13 crore in FY24), while profit after tax grew about 41% to ₹48.7 lakh (vs ₹34.5 lakh), pushing basic EPS to ₹1.02 from ₹0.72.
Positive earnings growth and a clean audit opinion support investor confidence, but the sharp jump in current borrowings (from ~₹20 lakh to ~₹77 lakh) has pushed debt/equity above 1.0 and operating cash flow swung to a negative ₹57.5 lakh versus positive ₹13.9 lakh last year, which are yellow flags worth watching despite the higher reported profits.
