Grand Foundry appoints Agarwal and Saxena as new Statutory Auditor for five years

Grand Foundry Limited has appointed M/s Agarwal and Saxena, Chartered Accountants (FRN 002405C), as its new Statutory Auditor. Members approved the appointment at the 34th AGM on June 30, 2026. The term is five years, from the conclusion of the 34th AGM until the 39th AGM. This follows the end of tenure of the previous auditor, M/s ANSK and Associates. The new firm was established in 1984 with 11 partners and over 75 professionals, peer reviewed by ICAI.
