Grand Foundry appoints Agarwal and Saxena as new Statutory Auditors

Grand Foundry shareholders approved the appointment of M/s Agarwal and Saxena, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors at the 34th AGM on June 30, 2026. The term runs for five consecutive years, from the 34th AGM until the 39th AGM. The change follows the natural completion of tenure of the previous auditors, M/s ANSK and Associates. Agarwal and Saxena, established in 1984, has over 40 years of experience, 11 partners, and 75 plus professionals.
