Grand Foundry board reconstituted after SAR Televenture open offer

Following SAR Televenture Limited's takeover of control via open offer, Grand Foundry has fully reconstituted its board. New appointments: Deepak Chaudhary as Managing Director, Vikas Tandon as Whole-time Director, Paramjit Singh as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Arun Goel as Independent Director, and Kamal Garg as CFO, all effective July 9, 2026. Existing MD Gaurav Goyal, WTD Rakesh Kumar Bansal, Non-Exec Director Saurabh Goyal, Independent Director Aishwarya Singhvi, and CFO Nitin Gupta resigned on the same date citing the change in control. Registered office records shifted from Delhi to Noida.
