Graphite India has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and the full year ended March 31, 2026 in Business Standard (English) and Aajkal (Bengali) newspapers, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. For the full year, standalone total income stood at ₹2,979 crore, essentially flat versus ₹3,026 crore in the prior year. Net profit after tax for FY26 was ₹264 crore, down from ₹355 crore in FY25 — a decline of approximately 26%. Q4 FY26 showed a loss of ₹73 crore on total income of ₹851 crore, indicating a sharp deterioration in the March quarter performance. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹7 per equity share (face value ₹2 each), subject to shareholder approval.
The flat full-year revenue with a sharp drop in net profit and a Q4 loss may raise concerns about profitability and cost pressures, though the dividend recommendation signals some cash availability.
