Grasim Industries has announced its 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 26th August 2025 at 11:30 a.m. IST through video conferencing. The company has set Tuesday, 12th August 2025 as the record date for identifying shareholders eligible to receive the dividend. The share transfer register (book closure) will be shut from Wednesday, 13th August 2025 to Tuesday, 26th August 2025. If shareholders approve the dividend at the AGM, it will be paid on or after Friday, 29th August 2025. The dividend pertains to the financial year ended 31st March 2025.
