Grasim Industries reported strong full-year consolidated total income of ₹1,75,431 crore, up 18.2% year-over-year from ₹1,48,478 crore. Net profit after tax and non-controlling interest grew 34% to ₹4,966 crore from ₹3,706 crore. Full-year EPS (basic) rose to ₹73.21 versus ₹55.57 in the prior year. Standalone revenue from operations jumped to ₹41,039 crore (vs ₹31,563 crore), with standalone net profit after tax at ₹348 crore (vs ₹212 crore). The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹10 per equity share (face value ₹2), subject to shareholder approval. Leverage increased as Debt-Equity ratio rose to 1.32x from 1.16x, while Interest Service Coverage improved to 5.73x from 5.30x.
The company delivered robust double-digit growth in both consolidated and standalone toplines and bottomlines for FY2026. The dividend declaration signals confidence in cash generation. Higher leverage warrants monitoring, but strong coverage ratios indicate manageable debt servicing.
