Grauer & Weil (India) Limited has published its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 in the Economic Times and Maharashtra Times, as required under SEBI's Listing Regulations. On a standalone basis, total income from operations grew to Rs 28,744 lakhs in Q2 FY26, up from Rs 25,434 lakhs in Q2 FY25 (a ~13% YoY rise). Net profit after tax rose modestly to Rs 3,896 lakhs (vs Rs 3,756 lakhs YoY) but fell sequentially from Rs 4,365 lakhs in Q1 FY26. For the half year (H1 FY26), revenue was Rs 53,676 lakhs vs Rs 51,613 lakhs in H1 FY25, while net profit after tax slipped to Rs 8,261 lakhs from Rs 8,826 lakhs. Consolidated figures were broadly similar, with H1 FY26 revenue at Rs 54,444 lakhs and PAT at Rs 8,218 lakhs. Standalone EPS stood at Rs 0.86 for Q2 and Rs 1.82 for H1.
Mixed signals for shareholders: strong YoY revenue growth in Q2 but margins and half-year profits are under pressure. The sequential drop in profit QoQ despite higher revenue may draw analyst attention, though the overall scale of the business remains stable.
