Gravita India reported FY26 revenue of INR 4,265 crores with 10% YoY growth, EBITDA of INR 452.48 crores (12% growth, 10.6% margins), and PAT of INR 378.80 crores (21% growth). Q4 revenue was INR 1,172.76 crores with EBITDA margins at 9.63%. The company announced acquisition of 99.44% stake in Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited (copper business) for INR 560 crores and plans to set up a copper recycling facility at Mandvi, Gujarat with 29,400 MTPA capacity. Total CAPEX plan of INR 1,700 crores through FY29 with INR 700 crore earmarked for copper expansion. Management guided for 20-25% volume CAGR growth in FY27 and expects working capital to remain at 85-90 days. Middle East geopolitical tensions impacted Q4 performance due to elevated logistics costs and reduced value-added product sales. Sustainable EBITDA per ton guidance: lead INR 19-20/kg, copper INR 60-65/kg post-recycling facility, aluminum INR 14-15/kg.
Strong FY26 PAT growth of 21% and strategic copper diversification are positive for long-term value creation. However, increased debt to INR 800-900 crore and near-term margin pressure from Middle East disruptions may weigh on near-term stock performance.
