Gravita India Limited submitted copies of newspaper publications containing its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026. The consolidated revenue grew 10% year-on-year to Rs 4,265 crore, while EBITDA increased 12% to Rs 452 crore. Profit after tax (PAT) saw a strong 21% growth reaching Rs 379 crore, compared to Rs 312 crore in the previous year. The standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 3,244.95 crore with profit after tax at Rs 432.03 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share (15% on face value of Rs 10). The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on 7th May 2026, with statutory auditors issuing an unmodified opinion.
Strong financial performance with robust double-digit growth across all key metrics and a maiden dividend recommendation signals positive momentum for shareholders and could support the stock price.
