Greaves Cotton's Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 51,850 equity shares under the Greaves Cotton – Employee Stock Option Plan 2020. The shares were issued at an exercise price of Rs. 2 per share (face value Rs. 2), for a total consideration of Rs. 1,03,700. After this allotment, the total paid-up equity share capital stands at Rs. 46,56,89,170 divided into 23,28,44,585 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
