Greenlam Industries reported standalone revenue of Rs 2,415.19 crore for FY26, up 9.4% from Rs 2,206.86 crore in FY25. Standalone profit after tax stood at Rs 138.64 crore, while consolidated revenue was Rs 3,046.08 crore (up 18.5% YoY). However, consolidated PAT declined to Rs 56.02 crore from Rs 68.35 crore in the previous year, showing margin pressure. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.40 per share and approved the voluntary liquidation of PT Greenlam Asia Pacific (Batam), a step-down subsidiary. An unmodified audit opinion was issued with no qualifications. The Income Tax Department conducted search proceedings at the company's registered office and one subsidiary during Q4, though management expects no material impact. An exceptional item of Rs 5.59 crore was recorded in standalone results.
Revenue growth of 9-18% is positive but consolidated profit decline signals margin compression, which may concern investors focused on profitability. The dividend and clean audit opinion provide some support. The IT department search adds uncertainty pending any communication from authorities.
