Greenlam Industries reported standalone revenue of ₹2,415 Cr for FY26, up 9.4% from ₹2,207 Cr in FY25. Standalone PAT grew 23% to ₹138.6 Cr from ₹112.6 Cr, with EPS at ₹5.43 vs ₹4.41. Consolidated revenue rose 18.5% to ₹3,046 Cr from ₹2,569 Cr, but consolidated PAT declined 19.3% to ₹56 Cr from ₹70 Cr, indicating weaker performance at subsidiary level. Auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Board recommended final dividend of ₹0.40 per share subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved voluntary liquidation of PT Greenlam Asia Pacific (Batam) step-down subsidiary and re-appointed Mr. Yogesh Kapur as Independent Director for another 5-year term. Management disclosed that Income Tax Department conducted search proceedings at company premises during Q4, though no material adverse impact is expected.
Standalone operations showed strong growth with 23% PAT increase, but consolidated PAT decline signals challenges at subsidiary level that may concern investors. The clean audit opinion and dividend declaration are positives, while the IT department search and subsidiary liquidation add minor uncertainty.
