Greenlam Industries crossed INR 3,000 crore annual revenue for the first time, posting INR 3,046.1 crore in FY26 (up 18.6% YoY). Q4 revenue was INR 857.7 crore with 25.8% YoY growth, and EBITDA jumped 57.1% to INR 107.4 crore with margins expanding 250 bps YoY to 12.5%. Net profit surged to INR 40.5 crore from just INR 1.5 crore in Q4FY25. Sequentially, gross margins contracted 410 bps due to rising raw material prices from geopolitical pressures, though the company says it passed on the full price hike from April 2026. Plywood EBITDA remained negative at INR -3.8 crore in Q4, and the newly operational chipboard segment recorded INR 79.8 crore revenue with 47.3% QoQ growth. Net debt was reduced to INR 940.1 crore from INR 989.1 crore, while working capital improved by 4 days to 51 days.
Strong revenue growth and EBITDA margin expansion are positive, but the sequential gross margin decline and ongoing losses in the plywood segment warrant caution. Investors should monitor whether raw material price hikes in Q1FY27 are fully absorbed without volume loss.
