Gretex Corporate Services Limited's board, on May 16, 2025, approved audited results for Q4 and FY25 with an unmodified auditor opinion from Jay Gupta & Associates. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations rose modestly to ₹2,069.80 lakhs (FY24: ₹1,944.13 lakhs), while profit after tax jumped ~67% to ₹1,249.46 lakhs (FY24: ₹747.53 lakhs), driven by strong other income. On a consolidated basis (including Gretex Sharebroking and Signageus Value Advisors), revenue from operations surged ~138% to ₹25,888.60 lakhs (FY24: ₹10,894.58 lakhs), but consolidated PAT collapsed ~95% to just ₹181.51 lakhs (FY24: ₹3,664.11 lakhs), mainly because the share of profit from Gretex Sharebroking swung from a gain of ₹1,638.62 lakhs to a loss of ₹2,369.09 lakhs. Other Comprehensive Income was unusually large at ₹6,258.94 lakhs (standalone) and ₹10,669.27 lakhs (consolidated), likely from fair-value remeasurement of investments. Consolidated operating cash flow was negative at ₹(3,104.76) lakhs. Prior-year figures have been restated to Ind AS basis.
The standalone story looks healthy with strong profit growth, but the consolidated picture is concerning – revenue more than doubled while bottom-line profit nearly vanished, and the group burned cash from operations. Shareholders should focus on the weak performance of subsidiary Gretex Sharebroking, which dragged overall group earnings, and watch for whether this reverses. Near-term stock sentiment may be mixed given the stark divergence between standalone strength and consolidated weakness.
