Gretex Corporate Services Limited has filed its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue grew 60% year-on-year to Rs 3,310 lakhs, with profit before tax rising 31% to Rs 1,947 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, the company achieved a dramatic turnaround with PBT jumping 688% to Rs 3,970 lakhs from Rs 504 lakhs in FY25. The company's subsidiary Gretex Share Broking contributed Rs 14,582 lakhs in revenue. Total equity doubled from Rs 14,884 lakhs to Rs 31,888 lakhs due to share warrant proceeds. Cash reserves dropped sharply from Rs 508 lakhs to Rs 33 lakhs due to increased investments and loan disbursements. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 0.70 per share.
Strong year-on-year profit growth on both standalone and consolidated basis signals healthy operational performance. The doubling of equity base and turnaround in consolidated profitability is positive for shareholders. However, the significant decline in cash reserves warrants monitoring.
