Gretex Corporate Services Limited has announced that Celestial Chakra Trust has received SEBI registration as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The registration was granted on May 5, 2026, with registration number IN/AIF2/26-27/2154. The company received the official certificate on May 8, 2026. Bautex Ventures LLP, where Gretex and its material subsidiary Gretex Share Broking Limited each hold a 50% partnership stake, will act as the Sponsor and Investment Manager to the Fund. This follows earlier disclosures made in January 2026.
This expansion into the AIF business through the jointly held Bautex Ventures LLP represents a new revenue opportunity for the company. SEBI registration as a Category II AIF enables the fund to legally operate and raise capital from qualified investors.
