Gretex Corporate Services has resubmitted its audited financial results for the half year and full year ended March 31, 2025, after BSE pointed out that quarterly results had been wrongly filed in place of half-yearly results. On a standalone basis, full-year revenue from operations rose about 6.5% to Rs. 206.98 crore (in lakhs) and profit after tax jumped roughly 67% to Rs. 124.95 crore, lifting EPS to Rs. 5.55 (post-bonus). On a consolidated basis, full-year revenue surged to Rs. 258.86 crore from Rs. 108.99 crore, but profit after tax collapsed to just Rs. 1.82 crore from Rs. 36.64 crore, with the second half of the year swinging to a loss of Rs. 19.72 crore versus a profit of Rs. 21.54 crore in the first half. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. The filing is essentially a procedural correction rather than new business news, though it reveals a sharp deterioration in consolidated profitability in H2 FY25.
No material change for shareholders from the correction itself, as the numbers are the same underlying financials. However, the consolidated picture shows a steep H2 FY25 loss and a near-95% drop in full-year consolidated profit, which is a negative signal for group-level earnings quality despite strong standalone growth.
