Groarc Industries India Ltd (formerly Telesys Info-Infra (I) Limited, BSE scrip 532315) submitted to BSE the newspaper clippings of its unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26, published on 25 October 2025. Standalone revenue from operations jumped sharply to Rs 2,254 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs 563 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while the company posted a small profit after tax of Rs 7 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 2 lakhs a year earlier. However, the six-month picture remains weak: H1 FY26 revenue fell to Rs 2,323 lakhs from Rs 3,351 lakhs in H1 FY25, and the company slipped into a loss after tax of Rs 101 lakhs against a profit of Rs 54 lakhs. EPS for Q2 FY26 stood at Rs 0.43. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 24 October 2025.
The Q2 turnaround in both revenue and profit is a positive signal, but the half-year loss and year-on-year revenue decline point to volatility in the business. Short-term sentiment may get a modest boost from the quarterly numbers, though investors should look at full-year performance and the reason behind the sharp Q1 swing before drawing firm conclusions.
