GSPL informs about the resignation of Shri Milind Torawane, IAS, as the Joint Managing Director of the Company

Shri Milind Torawane, IAS, has resigned as Joint Managing Director of Gujarat State Petronet Limited with effect from 24th December 2025. The resignation is due to his transfer and appointment as Principal Secretary to the Government of Gujarat's Education Department (Primary & Secondary Education), as per a GAD notification dated 23rd December 2025. Mr. Torawane, an IAS officer, has simultaneously stepped down from boards of 10 other group/government-related companies, including Gujarat Gas Limited, Petronet LNG, and GSPC LNG. The change is a routine IAS cadre transfer and not triggered by any governance or performance issue.
