Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that it published newspaper advertisements in Financial Express (English, All India edition) and Financial Express (Gujarati, Gujarat edition) about the 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign. This is a 100-day initiative by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, running from 28 July 2025 to 6 November 2025. The campaign aims to help shareholders claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends and update their KYC and nomination details. GSPL has reached out to shareholders whose dividends remain unpaid or who are not KYC-compliant, reminding them that dividend payments are now made only through electronic modes. The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, signed by Company Secretary Rajeshwari Sharma on 7 November 2025.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure with no material impact on the company's financials or stock price. Shareholders with unpaid dividends or outdated KYC details are advised to update their information promptly with the company's Registrar to avoid transfer of shares to the IEPFA.
