GTN Textiles Ltd informed the BSE about an inter-promoter share transfer under SEBI (SAST) Regulations. Promoter Shri Ankur Patodia transferred 13,11,771 equity shares (11.27% of voting capital) to his wife Smt Swati Patodia, also a promoter, by way of an off-market gift on March 25, 2026. The transaction was disclosed to the company on March 26, 2026. After the transfer, Smt Swati Patodia's holding rose to 15,83,671 shares (13.60%) from 2,71,900 shares (2.34%) earlier. The total promoter group's combined shareholding remains unchanged at 11,64,04,780 shares since this is an internal family reshuffle, not a change in overall promoter control.
