Gujarat Apollo Industries Limited reported standalone revenue of Rs. 3,167 Lakhs for FY26, up 58% from Rs. 2,007 Lakhs in FY25. Standalone Profit After Tax grew 32% to Rs. 214 Lakhs from Rs. 162 Lakhs. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose 27.5% to Rs. 5,298 Lakhs while PAT more than tripled to Rs. 516 Lakhs from Rs. 147 Lakhs, showing strong performance at the group level. The company declared a dividend of Rs. 2 per share (20%) subject to shareholder approval. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
