GSFC reported annual total income of Rs 10,827 crore for FY26, up 14.8% from Rs 9,429 crore in FY25. Full-year standalone net profit after tax grew 13.7% to Rs 651.52 crore vs Rs 573.18 crore. However, Q4 FY26 standalone net profit dropped sharply to Rs 34.24 crore from Rs 58.40 crore in Q4 FY25, a 41% decline. Basic EPS for the standalone entity improved to Rs 16.35 for FY26 compared to Rs 14.38 in the prior year. Consolidated revenues for FY26 stood at Rs 10,945.50 crore with consolidated net profit of Rs 673 crore, up 13.8% year-on-year. The results were approved by the Board on May 22, 2026.
While full-year performance shows healthy growth in revenue and profits, the sharp Q4 profit decline may concern short-term investors. The strong annual EPS of Rs 16.35 indicates underlying earnings strength despite quarterly volatility, likely due to fertilizer sector seasonality or input cost pressures in Q4.
