CARE Ratings has reaffirmed GSFC's credit ratings across all its debt instruments as of September 26, 2025. The company's long-term bank facilities of Rs.300 crore retained CARE AA+ rating with a Stable outlook. Short-term bank facilities of Rs.4,100 crore and Commercial Paper of Rs.1,000 crore were reaffirmed at CARE A1+, the highest short-term rating. The review was based on GSFC's audited FY25 and unaudited Q1FY26 operational and financial performance. The long-term facilities include cash credit lines from Bank of Baroda, SBI, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and HSBC.
The reaffirmation of AA+/Stable and A1+ ratings signals that lenders and investors view GSFC's credit quality as stable and reliable, with no change in borrowing costs expected. Shareholders can take comfort that the company's financial health remains strong in the eyes of the rating agency.
