GSFC has submitted the voting results of a Postal Ballot conducted via remote e-voting from 21st February to 22nd March 2026. Three ordinary resolutions were put to shareholders: (1) appointment of Dr. Rajender Kumar, IAS as Director (93.40% in favour), (2) appointment of Dr. Rajender Kumar, IAS as Managing Director (93.92% in favour), and (3) appointment of Mr. Ashwani Kumar, IAS as Director (99.40% in favour). All three resolutions were passed with the required majority. Promoters (holding 15.08 crore shares) voted 100% in favour on all resolutions. The scrutinizer, Mr. Niraj Trivedi (Practicing Company Secretary), certified the process as fair and transparent.
Dr. Rajender Kumar, IAS, is now formally appointed as Managing Director of GSFC, and Mr. Ashwani Kumar, IAS, joins the Board as Director. These are government-nominated appointments (IAS officers), indicating continued administrative oversight of the PSU. No material impact on shareholder value is expected from these routine board-level changes.
