GSFC reported standalone revenue of Rs 10,827.25 crore for FY2025-26, up 14.8% from Rs 9,428.71 crore in the previous year. Net profit after tax grew 13.7% to Rs 651.52 crore from Rs 573.18 crore. EPS stands at Rs 16.35 per share. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 5 per equity share (250% on Rs 2 face value), subject to shareholder approval at the 64th AGM. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 2,621.59 crore with net profit of Rs 34.24 crore. Statutory auditors CNK & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. Segment-wise, Fertilizer Products contributed Rs 8,423 crore (up 16.5%) and Industrial Products contributed Rs 2,404 crore (up 9.2%) to standalone revenue.
Revenue and profit growth remain positive but below high-growth thresholds. The clean audit with no qualifications is reassuring. Q4 net profit declined sharply compared to Q4 FY25, suggesting margin pressure in the quarter, which investors should monitor. The strong dividend payout signals management confidence.
