GSFC has launched the Second 100 Days Campaign called 'Saksham Niveshak' from April 1, 2026 to July 9, 2026, as directed by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The campaign aims to reach out to shareholders who have unpaid or unclaimed dividends before these are transferred to IEPF. Shareholders need to update their PAN, nomination details, contact information, bank account details, and specimen signature. Required forms include ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3, and SH-13, which can be submitted to the company's RTA, MUFG Intime India Private Limited in Vadodara. Since dividends are now payable only in electronic mode, updating these details is mandatory for shareholders to receive their dividend payments.
This is a shareholder awareness initiative rather than a direct financial event. Shareholders who do not update their details before July 9, 2026 risk their unclaimed dividends being permanently transferred to IEPF and losing access to these funds.
