Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited's Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 17.70 per equity share (177% of face value Rs. 10) for FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. For FY2026, standalone revenue grew 7% to Rs. 4,35,808 lakhs while standalone profit after tax rose 31.7% to Rs. 2,084 lakhs. However, consolidated loss after tax was Rs. 241 lakhs due to losses in the JV company GACL-NALCO. The Board also approved setting up a 5,000 TPA High Purity Grade Hydrogen Peroxide plant at Dahej at an estimated investment of Rs. 67 crores, expected to contribute Rs. 42 crores annually to sales revenue and go on stream within 18 months. MCA has sanctioned a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement with effect from April 8, 2026.
