Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited reported standalone revenue of Rs. 5,728.60 crore for FY2025-26, up ~24.2% from Rs. 4,612.58 crore in FY2024-25. Consolidated PAT grew to Rs. 304.28 crore from Rs. 249.25 crore, an increase of ~22%. EBITDA for the year stood at approximately Rs. 545.82 crore (consolidated), implying a margin of ~9.5%. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.30 per share (30% on Rs. 1 face value), subject to shareholder approval. Operating cash flow decreased to Rs. 228.04 crore from Rs. 340.58 crore year-on-year. Statutory auditors Kantilal Patel & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. Re-appointments of internal auditor T.R. Chadha & Co. LLP and cost auditor N.D. Birla & Co. were also approved. An exceptional item of Rs. 3.97 crore (net reversal) was recognized relating to the new labour codes' wage definition impact.
Revenue grew over 24% YoY and PAT grew ~22%, showing strong operational performance. However, the sharp decline in operating cash flow despite higher profits warrants attention. The modest 30 paise dividend (approx. 2.2% yield) may disappoint income-seeking investors, though the clean audit opinion signals financial health.
