Gujarat Energy Limited (formerly Gujarat Gas Limited) has scheduled a Board meeting on 26th May 2026 to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The Board may also consider declaring a dividend for FY 2025-26 at this meeting. In compliance with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares has been closed since 1st April 2026 and will remain closed until 28th May 2026 (both days inclusive).
