Clarification in relation to appointment of Additional Director

The company is correcting an earlier announcement from 9 July 2026 about Mr. Paresh Dhoti's appointment as a Director. Originally, he was filed as a Non-Executive Independent Director, but the company has now clarified that due to a technical glitch with the IICA (Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs) independent director registration database, his appointment was actually made as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Dhoti, a practising dentist from Vadodara with a BDS degree from 2006, is not related to any existing director on the board. The company has stated that in the next board meeting, they will reconsider appointing him as Non-Executive Independent Director once the registration process is fully completed.
This is an administrative correction with no material impact on shareholders or the stock. The board composition and his role remain the same — only the classification (Independent vs Non-Independent) is being corrected, and the company intends to revisit the Independent Director status soon.
