Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Ltd reported strong consolidated revenue growth of 104% to Rs 8,201 Lacs for FY26 (vs Rs 4,024 Lacs in FY25), driven by expansion including 8 subsidiaries. Consolidated PAT surged 77% to Rs 1,681 Lacs (vs Rs 950 Lacs). However, operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs 386 Lacs (vs positive Rs 1,361 Lacs in FY25), primarily due to large increases in trade receivables of Rs 2,347 Lacs and tax payments. The company completed a major equity raise of Rs 25,080 Lacs (less share issue expenses of Rs 3,330 Lacs). Consolidated total assets grew nearly 6x to Rs 29,764 Lacs, partly from acquisition of Raj Pathology Hospital and new subsidiaries. Auditors issued unmodified opinions.
Revenue and profit growth are impressive on a consolidated basis, but the sharp turnaround to negative operating cash flow raises concerns about working capital management and cash conversion quality of earnings.
