Gujarat Natural Resources Limited reported strong financial performance for FY2026. Standalone revenue jumped to Rs. 1,147.66 Lakhs from Rs. 70.40 Lakhs in FY2025, while consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 3,052.60 Lakhs from Rs. 2,004.98 Lakhs. The company turned profitable on a consolidated basis with PAT of Rs. 989.31 Lakhs compared to a loss of Rs. 376.03 Lakhs in FY2025. Standalone PAT improved dramatically to Rs. 842.61 Lakhs from Rs. 18.36 Lakhs. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. The company allotted 2.5 crore equity shares during the year pursuant to warrant conversion, and its step-down subsidiary GNRL Oil & Gas Limited was amalgamated into GNRL Oil & Gas India Private Limited.
The company has shown exceptional growth and turned around from losses, which is positive for shareholders. However, the massive jump in revenue and profits warrants close monitoring, and the negative operating cash flow on standalone basis (Rs. -2,996.95 Lakhs) despite profits raises questions about cash conversion quality.
