Gujarat Petrosynthese Ltd announced its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results, approved by the Board on August 12, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹50.37 lakh from ₹40.49 lakh in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 24% year-on-year. Total income stood at ₹58.80 lakh versus ₹48.36 lakh. Profit before tax improved to ₹7.21 lakh from ₹6.06 lakh, and profit after tax (PAT) turned around sharply to ₹5.92 lakh, compared to a loss of ₹1.08 lakh in Q1 FY25. Basic and diluted EPS came in at ₹0.99, against a negative ₹0.18 earlier. Statutory auditors Dayal and Lohia issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong quarter for shareholders — both revenue and PAT showed meaningful improvement, with the company swinging back to profitability from a year-ago loss. This is likely to be viewed positively by the market, though the absolute numbers remain very small in scale.
