Gujarat State Petronet Ltd (GSPL) has appointed Smt. Avantika Singh Aulakh, IAS as Joint Managing Director effective 24 December 2025. She was nominated by promoter Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC). She is a 2003-batch IAS officer with two decades of administrative experience, including serving as Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Gujarat and holding leadership roles in energy, petroleum, ports, and infrastructure bodies. She currently sits on boards of companies such as Gujarat Gas, GSPC LNG, and Pipavav Port. She is not related to any existing director or KMP and is not debarred by SEBI from holding directorship.
This is a routine leadership appointment from the promoter side (government of Gujarat via GSPC) and brings a senior IAS officer with relevant energy and infrastructure experience.
