Gujarat Terce Laboratories has reported a change in its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, both of which are Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) roles under the Companies Act. Ms. Ripal Sukhadiya resigned from the position effective end of 31 August 2025, citing a career opportunity outside the organisation. The Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Ms. Ashka Solanki as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective 1 September 2025. Ms. Solanki is a commerce graduate and law degree holder from Gujarat University, an Associate Member of ICSI, and has over 6 years of experience in secretarial and corporate law compliance. The transition is seamless with no gap, and the outgoing CS resigned for personal career reasons rather than any governance or performance issue.
