Gujarat Terce Laboratories submitted the newspaper publication of its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. For H1 FY26, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 2,377.19 lakhs, down about 5.6% from Rs. 2,519.00 lakhs in H1 FY25. Net profit after tax came in at Rs. 136.01 lakhs, marginally lower than Rs. 140.46 lakhs in the same period last year. Basic EPS was Rs. 1.83 (vs Rs. 1.89), while diluted EPS was Rs. 1.75 (vs Rs. 1.80). The Board approved the results on 8 November 2025 and they were published in Business Standard (English) and Jai Hind (Gujarati) on 10 November 2025. Reserves turned positive at Rs. 673 lakhs compared with a negative Rs. 129.28 lakhs as of 31 March 2025, a notable balance sheet improvement. The statutory auditors carried out a limited review of the numbers.
This is a routine compliance filing, so there is no new surprise versus the results already approved on 8 November 2025. A slight dip in revenue and profit year-on-year is mildly negative, but the swing to positive reserves is a small balance sheet positive for shareholders.
