Gulf Oil Lubricants India reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 99,636 lakhs from Rs 88,507 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 12.6%. Standalone net profit increased to Rs 9,666 lakhs from Rs 8,802 lakhs, up roughly 9.8%, with EPS of Rs 19.60 versus Rs 17.90. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew to Rs 1,01,645 lakhs (up ~13.7% YoY) and net profit rose to Rs 9,517 lakhs (up ~12.9% YoY). The statutory auditor SRBC & Co LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The Board also fixed September 19, 2025 as the record date for a final dividend of Rs 28 per share (1400% on face value of Rs 2). The 17th AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2025 via video conferencing.
Steady double-digit revenue growth and high single-digit/early-teens profit growth indicate healthy operational momentum, while the reaffirmed final dividend signals consistent shareholder returns. The director re-appointments ensure leadership continuity, which is generally viewed as neutral-to-positive by the market.
