Gulf Oil Lubricants reported record Q4 performance with standalone revenue of Rs. 1,040 Crores (up 13.7% YoY) and EBITDA of Rs. 135 Crores, marking all-time highs for quarterly volume, revenue, and EBITDA. For full year FY26, consolidated revenue crossed Rs. 4,000 Crores (up 11.7% to Rs. 4,056 Crores) and EBITDA crossed Rs. 500 Crores (up 8.8% to Rs. 514 Crores). Lubricants volume grew 14% YoY in Q4, outperforming industry growth by over 3x, with full year volume up 10.5%. The company declared total dividend of Rs. 51 per share (2,550% on FV), including final dividend of Rs. 30 per share. Performance was broad-based with double-digit growth across PCMO, CVO, Agri, OEM franchise workshops, and high double-digit growth in B2B industrial segments. EV subsidiary Tirex Chargers crossed Rs. 100 Crores revenue milestone. PBT was impacted by Rs. 22.64 Crores incremental labour code obligations and elevated crude prices in Q4.
Strong operational performance with double-digit topline growth and record volumes demonstrates robust business momentum. The 14% volume growth significantly outpacing industry signals market share gains. However, margin pressure from elevated crude prices and rupee weakness kept EBITDA margins at 12.7-13%, below prior year. The generous dividend (Rs. 51/share) reflects confidence in cash generation. The Rs. 4,000 Crore revenue milestone and EV subsidiary traction are positive long-term indicators.
