Gulf Oil Lubricants India published its audited Q4 and FY25 financial results in Business Standard, Economic Times, and Maharashtra Times on May 22, 2025. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations rose to ₹3,554 crore from ₹3,284 crore in FY24, while net profit after tax jumped 17.58% YoY to ₹362 crore from ₹308 crore; EBITDA grew 12.09% YoY. Consolidated FY25 revenue stood at ₹3,631 crore with PAT of ₹357 crore, up about 16% YoY. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹28 per share, which along with the interim ₹20 per share already paid takes the total FY25 dividend to ₹48 per share (2400% on the ₹2 face value). Reserves strengthened to ₹1,454 crore from ₹1,285 crore a year earlier.
Strong double-digit profit growth, healthy reserves expansion, and a generous ₹48/share total dividend are positive for shareholders and signal robust operating performance. The high payout ratio along with continued consolidation of the Tirex EV-charging subsidiary should be supportive of investor sentiment.
