Gulf Oil Lubricants reported standalone Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 1,04,024 Lakhs, up 13.68% YoY, while full-year revenue grew 12.29% to Rs 3,99,131 Lakhs. However, net profit declined to Rs 9,002 Lakhs in Q4 and Rs 35,092 Lakhs for the full year, down about 3% from FY25 levels of Rs 36,225 Lakhs. EBITDA grew 8.52% in Q4 and 8.58% for the year, indicating margin pressure as costs rose faster than revenue. Basic EPS stood at Rs 18.22 for Q4 and Rs 71.13 for FY26. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 per share, which combined with the earlier Rs 21 interim dividend brings the total annual dividend to Rs 51 per share (2550% on face value of Rs 2).
Revenue growth is strong but profit declined, suggesting cost pressures are squeezing margins. The increased total dividend of Rs 51 per share provides shareholder reassurance despite lower earnings. Investors will watch for margin recovery in coming quarters.
