Gulshan Group to invest Rs 1,000 cr on new housing project in Ghaziabad

Delhi-NCR-based Gulshan Group has launched a 5.5-acre luxury housing project, Gulshan Empire, at Wave City township in Ghaziabad with a total project cost of about Rs 1,000 crore. The company bought the land parcel from Wave Group for around Rs 175 crore and will build 500 homes, with prices starting from Rs 2.2 crore and a per sq ft rate of Rs 10,500, funded through internal accruals and loans from financial institutions. The project is expected to be completed within four years, with the company citing strong demand in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad markets.
