GV Films Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, 6 November 2025 at 3:30 PM at the company's registered office in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The board will consider and approve the Notice and Director's Report for the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for Monday, 1 December 2025 at 4:30 PM to be held via Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
