H.G. Infra Engineering released its Q4 & FY26 investor presentation. The company reported a 6.4% YoY decline in FY26 standalone revenue to ₹56,667 Mn from ₹60,519 Mn. EBITDA fell 22.9% to ₹7,334 Mn with margins contracting from 15.71% to 12.94%. PAT declined 32.6% to ₹3,891 Mn. The MSRDC NC-4 & NC-5 projects worth ~₹4,142 Cr were removed from the order book but were offset by new awards. New projects awarded during FY25-26 include a ₹15,821 Mn Odisha HAM road project, ₹14,150 Mn Thane Metro viaduct (JV), ₹6,465 Mn Gujarat BESS project, and several others. Total standalone debt increased from ₹10,679 Mn to ₹16,274 Mn. ICRA has reaffirmed AA- (Positive) rating.
The stock faces pressure from declining revenue, sharply lower profitability, and margin contraction in FY26. However, the strong order book of ~₹11,661 Mn across multiple infrastructure segments provides revenue visibility. Increased debt levels warrant monitoring for financial flexibility.
