Infra Engineering's six step-down wholly owned subsidiaries, all solar project companies (Nagaur, Ghiloth, Kota, Tapukara, Tijara and Behror), have been struck off by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013.
