Halder Venture's board, at its meeting on 14 November 2025, accepted the resignation of Non-executive Director Mr. Prabhat Kumar Haldar, who stepped down citing health issues. Following his exit, the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and CSR Committee were reconstituted with Ms. Pritha Sarkar, Mr. Kumar Shankar Datta, and Ms. Poulomi Halder as members. The board also approved the listing of 1,24,38,135 existing equity shares on the NSE, in addition to the existing BSE listing. Separately, the company noted the demise of its internal auditor Gautam K Dutta (who passed away on 30 September 2025) and appointed M/s Somnath Ray & Associates as the new internal auditor for FY2025-26.
The director's exit and internal auditor change are administrative and unlikely to materially affect operations, though investors should watch for continuity in audit quality. The proposed NSE listing could improve share liquidity and visibility over time.
