Resignation of Prabhat Kumar Haldar, Non Executive Director

Halder Venture Ltd held a board meeting on 14 November 2025 covering five key items. Non-Executive Director Prabhat Kumar Haldar (DIN: 02009423) resigned due to health issues, effective the same day, and stepped down from the Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, and CSR Committees.
