Haldyn Glass reported FY25 standalone revenue of Rs. 36,160 lakhs (up ~21% YoY) but standalone profit fell to Rs. 1,296.51 lakhs from Rs. 1,875.61 lakhs. Consolidated profit stood at Rs. 1,881.34 lakhs vs Rs. 2,456.72 lakhs, with consolidated EPS at Rs. 3.50 (vs Rs. 4.57). The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (70%), same as last year, subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor KNAV & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion. Mr. Ashish C. Doshi was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30), and M/s. Aneja Associates was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY26. CFO Mr. Ganesh Prasad Chaturvedi resigned effective May 31, 2025 on attaining retirement age, and Mr. Jitendra Karamchandani was appointed as the new CFO from June 1, 2025.
Profit dip despite revenue growth may draw investor attention to margin pressure and higher depreciation/finance costs. CFO transition is smooth with an internal successor, and the unchanged dividend signals continuity in shareholder returns.
